Fullerton Healthcare Australia appoints national HR Manager

Fullerton Healthcare Australia has appointed Richard LeQuesne as national Human Resources Manager.

Leading corporate healthcare provider Fullerton Healthcare Australia has appointed Richard LeQuesne to the new role of national Human Resources Manager.

Following significant growth, including three new acquisitions resulting in an increased workforce, Fullerton Healthcare Australia restructured its HR roles making way for a national manager to oversee all operations in Australia.

Richard will oversee the HR function for an existing team of 400, while supporting the business as it prepares for new appointments as expansion continues throughout Australia.

Richard brings to the role 20 years of experience in human resources, having previously held positions with Adelaide Bendigo Bank, Spotless Group and EMA Group.

Richard will be based at the South Australian head office and work closely with the current national HR team to deliver on the HR strategy which incorporates training and development, recruitment and retention, health and safety and industrial relations.

Fullerton Healthcare Australia Managing Director, Steven Harvey says it’s an exciting time for the business with a growing team of dedicated health professionals and support staff.

“Our business has grown over the past 12 months as a result of acquisitions, new contracts and organic growth,” Mr Harvey said.

“Our people are the lifeblood of our business, so it’s important we have the right person in place to drive this side of our business during such a critical time of growth.

“Richard embodies the leadership skills and managerial experience to ensure the business operates in accord with our growing workforce.”
